Dana Longstreet Therapist for Couples and Individuals
Empowering Relationship & Personal Growth
Dana Longstreet Therapist
You have plans and good intentions, but you’ve lost something important: a sense of perspective, your ability to improvise, your sense of humor, the energy to just get out of bed. The outcomes of difficult transitions and demanding circumstances in our lives are shaped by our gifts, skills, and intelligence as well as our unhealthy behaviors and our personal histories. Compassionate, creative therapists, experienced with a diverse range of clients and issues, can help you work through disappointments and setbacks and move forward with strategies, courage, and optimism. That’s what I do, and I love it.
Dana has had many of my own challenges: divorce, career change, financial insecurty, job loss, financial insecurity, mental health issues including MDD, ADD, and anxiety. She has also experienced the loss of loved ones from illness and suicide. These days for many us, watching the news can be traumatizing and managing day to day is really hard. She gets it.
If you feel alone, are struggling to take care of yourself and your family, or just can’t figure things out, please reach out. Dana can help you find your way forward, and enjoy the journey. Her mantra: Mental health is no joke, but laughter is good medicine.
