1. How do I book an appointment?
Booking is simple! You can book online, call us at 973-902-8700, or contact us here if you have any questions.
2. Do you accept insurance?
We accept out-of-network insurance and private pay. If you’re unsure how out-of-network insurance works, check out the video on this page or contact us for guidance. We also accept FSA and HSA cards.
3. What are your fees?
Our fees vary by therapist and session length. Rates range from $150 to $240 per session. You can find detailed pricing under each therapist’s profile on this page.
4. What types of therapy do you offer?
We provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy. Sessions are available both in-person and virtually to fit your needs.
5. What can I expect during my first session?
Your first session is an opportunity to share your concerns and goals. Your therapist will work with you to create a plan tailored to your needs in a safe, supportive environment.
6. Can I switch therapists if needed?
Absolutely. We want you to feel comfortable and supported. If you feel another therapist might be a better fit, let us know, and we’ll help you make the change.
7. Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes, many of our therapists offer flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend sessions. Availability varies, so please check when booking.
8. How does virtual therapy work?
Virtual therapy sessions are conducted via secure video calls, allowing you to connect with your therapist from the comfort of your home. All you need is a stable internet connection and a private space.
9. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that life happens! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
10. Are your services confidential?
Yes, your privacy is our priority. All sessions are confidential, and we adhere to strict professional and legal standards to protect your information.
