We understand insurance can be confusing. To help you feel confident about getting support, we’ve created a quick video explaining how out-of-network insurance reimbursement works.
With out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for significant reimbursement from your insurance company. We provide all the necessary paperwork (a “superbill”) to make submitting claims simple. If you have questions, we’re here to guide you.

How to Book Your Appointment in 3 Minutes
We’ve made booking your first session simple. When you click the link below, our secure portal will open. Just follow these easy steps.
- Choose Your Therapist & Session: Select your preferred therapist, session type (First Session), and length (45 or 60 minutes).
- Pick Your Location & Time: Decide between an “In-Person” or “Telehealth” appointment and find a time that works for you.
- Provide Your Details & Confirm: Fill in your name, email, and phone number. Submit your request, and we will email you an intake form to complete, which confirms your appointment.
