My Approach in Action:
Whether working with individuals or couples, I strive to create a supportive environment where each person’s experience is honored. In my work with couples, I help partners strengthen their communication and rebuild trust, even in the face of hurt or misunderstanding. For example, I supported a couple who found themselves caught in repeated arguments, each feeling unseen and unheard. Together, we worked on slowing down their conversations, giving each person space to share their feelings without interruption. With patience and empathy, they learned new ways to connect, leading to greater understanding and renewed intimacy.

I also help individuals navigate the unique challenges they face. Supporting a loved one through a health crisis can be incredibly isolating, and it’s easy to lose yourself in the process. I help clients find their strength in these moments. For instance, I worked with a woman who was overwhelmed by her role as a caregiver for her partner. She felt she had to be strong for everyone, leaving no room for her own feelings. In our sessions, we focused on self-compassion, creating small, intentional moments for her to recharge. By giving herself permission to feel and set boundaries, she was able to reduce her burnout and find a sustainable path forward, strengthening both herself and her relationship.

A Personal Note:
Life often asks us to wear many hats—partner, parent, professional, and caregiver. It can be a real struggle to find balance. I am dedicated to creating a space where you feel seen and understood, especially when navigating the unique challenges that come with womanhood and caregiving. My goal is to help you build resilience and reconnect with your own needs and desires. You deserve to feel whole, and I am here to support you in finding that balance, one step at a time.
