Personalized Care, Tailored to You
At Maplewood Counseling, your well-being is our priority. We know that managing the logistics of therapy can feel overwhelming, so we’re here to make it as simple and stress-free as possible.
Rates and Insurance
We are out-of-network providers, which means you can either:
- Use your out-of-network insurance benefits (if your plan includes this coverage).
- Pay out of pocket.
We understand that therapy is an investment of both time and finances, and we’re committed to helping you make it work.
Payment Options:
- Credit/debit cards
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Insurance Reimbursement:
We’ll guide you through the process of getting reimbursed for out-of-network mental health services. Our approach allows us to focus entirely on you, providing high-quality, personalized care without the restrictions of insurance companies.
Why Choose an Out-of-Network Provider?
Investing in your mental health is a powerful step. Here’s why working with an out-of-network provider can benefit you:
- Specialized Expertise: Access therapists with advanced training and expertise tailored to your unique needs.
- Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy shorter wait times and appointment options that fit your schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Goal-Oriented Care: Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to help you achieve your goals—without insurance company limitations.
- Support with Reimbursement: We provide detailed documentation (a “superbill”) to make filing insurance claims as smooth as possible.
- Privacy: Your health records remain confidential, with no detailed session notes shared with insurance companies.
Coordinated Care for Your Well-Being
Your mental health is part of your overall health. If you’re working with a psychiatrist or other medical provider, we’re happy to collaborate with them to ensure your care is comprehensive and aligned. With your written consent, we can:
- Consult with your doctor about medication management and treatment planning.
- Provide referrals to trusted psychiatrists if needed.
