Caroline Cuneo, LAMFT

Couples, Family & Individual Therapy · Online Telehealth across New Jersey

Warm, compassionate, non-judgmental therapy for couples, families, and individuals — working through relationship challenges, parenting, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

How Caroline Helps

I help individuals, couples, and families work through painful experiences and find their way forward — whether that’s healing from anxiety, panic, or depression, rebuilding communication and connection in a relationship, working through infidelity and trust repair, or navigating ongoing family conflict. I’ve been there myself, and I know how isolating these struggles can feel. I’m your partner on this journey, here to help you uncover your strengths and build the life and relationships you deserve.

Most of what brings people to therapy — anxiety, a relationship in crisis, or conflict at home — stems from experiences that were beyond our control. We can’t change the past, but we can change how we respond to it and how we communicate with the people who matter most. Together we’ll explore your concerns, rebuild trust and connection where it’s been broken, and identify your strengths so you feel more empowered, confident, and at peace. You don’t have to face it alone — you’re going to be okay.

My clients would describe me as empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I believe communication, connection, and collaboration are the keys to meaningful therapy — whether I’m working with an individual, a couple, or a family — and I tailor our work to your unique needs, beliefs, and values.

A Bit About Me

When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m an avid reader with a particular love of Plantagenet and Tudor history. I enjoy meditating, traveling, going to the theater, visiting museums, and spending quiet time at home with my husband and our three rescue kitties, Loki, Mordrake, and Crowley.
