We’re an out-of-network specialty practice — a deliberate choice that keeps caseloads small enough to do real work. How soon can we be seen?

Most couples have a first session within one week. Call now and we’ll look at openings together — including evenings and Saturdays.

Do you take insurance?

We’re out-of-network by design. You receive superbills for reimbursement, and most PPO plans reimburse a meaningful portion after deductible. HSA/FSA funds can also be used.

What if my partner is hesitant?

Common — and workable. Many couples start with one motivated partner. A brief call can help you figure out the best first step for your situation.

In-person or online?

Both. In-person sessions in Maplewood, NJ; secure telehealth statewide. Many couples mix the two.
